Delivery Methods & Periods

Your item(s) will be dispatched from our UK warehouse within 24 hours of us receiving payment (not including Saturday or Sunday).

• You will receive an email from us detailing the date on which your order has been processed along with any applicable delivery information. Please notify us of any discrepancies immediately as we cannot be held responsible for any delays or misdirected mail caused by incomplete or inaccurate shipping addresses.
• Your item(s) will be dispatched on the same day that you receive your Order Processed email unless a) your order has a specified pre-order dispatch date visible on the product page and at checkout or b) you place your order on a weekend at which point the item will be dispatched on the following weekday (not including public holidays)
• Please note that multiple orders placed within a short period of time may be combined into a single shipment automatically unless you advise us otherwise.
